Appointment Policies

Credit/Debit Cards: 

Keeping an up-to-date credit or debit card in your profile is required to schedule an appointment.  The card used for payment will be automatically saved to file.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If proper notice is not given, a fee of 50% of the full-service cost will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.

Late Arrival Policy:

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be forfeited, and you will be marked as a no-show. In this case the No-Show Policy will apply.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any notice you will be charged the full price of the service. This fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.
